OVERARCHING OBJECTIVES

Facilitate clinical trial implementation across Europe by creating a unified and collaborative framework.
Contribute to the US-based DM-CRN DM1 natural history database to deepen understanding of disease progression and support research worldwide.
Enhance collaboration among European DM experts, fostering knowledge and resource sharing.
Standardize research and clinical protocols to improve outcomes for DM patients across Europe.

Educational grants are available for Neurologists from Europe belonging to private or public institutions involved in the diagnostic and therapeutic Process in Myotonic Distrophies.
In order to apply for an educational grant, please specify in the email your affiliation, role and CV.
Applications will be reviewed by the Scientific Board and a notification of acceptance or not will be sent in few days after your request.

Industry Observer Guidelines:

The event is designed primarily for healthcare providers (HCPs) involved in the diagnosis and management of myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1), as well as researchers and other professionals seeking to expand their knowledge in this field.

While this event is not specifically tailored to industry representatives, we welcome individuals from companies who wish to attend in a non-promotional capacity to learn and engage with the educational content.

Industry Representative Attendance Policy

1. Purpose of Attendance: Industry representatives are invited to attend as observers to better understand the educational initiatives and explore potential future collaborations.

2. Non-Promotional Role: Attendees from industry are strictly prohibited from engaging in promotional activities, distributing marketing materials, or influencing the content or discussions during the event.

3. Transparency: All industry representatives must disclose their affiliation during registration.

4. Restrictions: Participation as an industry observer does not include opportunities to present, exhibit, or advertise during the event.
